Career Progression is based on multiple skill sets and the ability to use those skill sets to solve problems, thereby gaining experience leading to expertise.
If you aspire to skyrocket your career, building expertise by acquiring multiple skillsets and demonstrating those capabilities is essential.
Be an expert, not just Experienced.
