Is it unacceptable to define a woman as someone with a vagina?

(1) A person who believes s/he has special qualities and should receive special treatment; a person who is too sensitive to criticism and [gets] easily upset.
(2) The term for young people prone to taking offense at lines of argument they find unacceptable.
