The day our lives changed forever We, unfortunately, were told that this was the last stage of cancer and I had very little time to be with my husband. We were in that shock where it feels like your life stops. They told us to get the tumor removed immediately…and that it can only be done through a surgery which will cost an enormous sum of money 46 lakhs INR rupees😫. As much as we scrambled to raise the money asking friends and family, in time it dawned on us that none of them were able or willing lend a hand.
May my own children know that hope is not waiting for struggle to go away but rather hoping anyway and showing up with compassion and resilience.
