I was laughing hysterically and shaking my head in disbelief. whodaeverthunkit?

I suppose I better start from the beginning so you would understand.

My son was getting late for school, and he needed a ride. I was trying to decide if I wanted to go for the job interview, even though I wasn’t thrilled about accepting the position. All the while, I was distracted by social media all along.

“Get up. NOW!” The inner voice was emphatic with the command. I got up and took my son to school. Still unsure about whether or not to go for the job interview, I pulled in to the c-store to get a drink. When I returned, I had an almost flat. Problem solved.

Wal-mart was just around the corner, so I headed to get the flat fixed. It would be 30–45 minutes, and they’ll page me when ready. An hour later, I stroll back to the tire center. They had paged me 10 minutes after I dropped off the van; I wasn’t paying attention because I wasn’t expecting the page.

They said they couldn’t work on it for safety reasons. It turns out; they had mistaken my van for another one of the same models. They’ll get on it, pronto! Another hour later, I got my van…
