Life is in a constant state of change.

We are born, go to school, if we are lucky enough, we go to college, we love, we break up, we marry, we divorce, we have children, we watch our parents age and eventually die, we suffer sickness, we share joy in our children growing up and marrying, reveling in grandchildren, growing old and dying like everyone who’s gone before us.

I know that was a long sentence, and vastly incomplete, but it hits the highlights.

There are other types of change we experience aside from those that occur in our personal lives.

The other change that can affect us

This change is one that is affecting me right now, and it isn’t good. There is change on a professional level and in many ways, this can be just as pleasurable or unpleasant.

Being in management comes with its perks no doubt, but it also comes with the knowledge of future events that will affect other people's lives. People is the key word here, coworkers are people just like you and me.
