If you think about it for a moment, how much of your day do you waste?

It would be foolish to argue that all of your day should go towards productive activities as it is important to find time to relax, but how aware are you of where this time is going?

This is a problem that is uniquely relevant in today's world, where quickly checking your phone can turn into 3 hours of mental and physical hibernation as you scroll through social media.

Combine this with other time wasters such as television, and it's kind of a miracle we get anything done at all.

Thankfully, it is not all hopeless! There are ways we can reclaim and better manage our time.

Filling our Days

Look at what time you go to bed and what time you wake up. Assuming you live a relatively normal life, you can expect roughly 16 waking hours per day. That is assuming you’re getting 8 hours of sleep.

Now the question is where does that 16 hours go?
