Can you ever be too old to start over or achieve more? Not a chance. Many succeed because of age, not in spite of it. Here are a few who proved it’s never too late.

Is any age too old?

We’ve all heard the stories of young tech prodigies and teenage billionaires. But what about those who start later in life? Is there a point when success becomes out of reach? Absolutely not!

Whether you’re young, middle-aged, or a senior, the only limit placed on your future is put there by you. When you decide to act, age becomes irrelevant. As Ralph W. Gerard once said, “No age or time of life, no position or circumstance, has a monopoly on success. Any age is the right age to start doing!”

Following are a few examples of people who did not let age stop them from achieving more in their lives.

Charles Ranlett Flint: 61 when he created IBM

You may not recognize his name, but you know the company he founded. At 61, Charles Ranlett Flint launched what would become IBM in 1911. Today, the company generates more than $60 billion in revenue.
