In a world filled with information, it is quite challenging to find the truth, the truthful answer. They inundate us with so much unnecessary and deceitful information to promote their services, products, and unhealthy foods and drinks. We’ve forgotten about natural remedies, resorting to popping more pills in search of relief. We wait for an improvement, but our condition worsens every day. Doctors often seem clueless and prescribe vitamins, injections, medications, and bed rest. Seriously? Movement is life.

Let me share a personal story: one day, I decided to treat my hair with keratin. In 2018, keratin hair straightening gained popularity. Many people on Google raved about the “miracle straightening,” promising healthier hair after the treatment.

This is how they show us how keratin treats hair)

I decided to give it a try and scheduled an appointment with a hairdresser to transform my curly hair into a sleek, well-groomed look. I vividly recall the master applying the liquid to my hair and then using an iron to straighten it. After a brief wait, I rinsed the product out of my hair.

The effect was immediate: my curly locks turned straight, just as I’d hoped. I was delighted with the results for the first two months. However, after that period, I began to notice a significant amount of hair falling out.

When six months pass it looks like this.

I sat down at the computer to find information about keratin. Does it really help that much, and why didn’t we have any problems as children?

So, I opened 10–18 articles and closed them. They all claimed that keratin straightening is very useful and that it is necessary to repeat the procedure every 6 months. But after an extensive search, I found a girl who described the whole reality. In her report, she had “Before” and “After” photographs, as well as how she treated her hair after this Miracle Service.

Following that, I stopped using a straightener, hairspray, dyeing my hair, or applying any chemicals to my head. I left my hair alone and began to notice its healthy color and increased thickness.

This story isn’t just about my hair; it’s about how often we’re bombarded with advertisements for various carbonated drinks, delicious candies, facial surgery, breast or butt enlargement, cosmetics, and beauticians.

First, we’re exposed to harmful foods and drinks, and then we’re encouraged to visit a cosmetologist to address acne. They direct us to the pharmacy for relief from stomachaches, headaches, and heart issues, despite knowing how detrimental these medications can be to our bodies.

We’re repeatedly told that we’re not good enough. What do we do in response? We alter our appearance. But is this truly necessary? No.

We’re also inundated with messages suggesting the benefits of frequent sex. Do you know why they say that? To ensure the business of selling women for sex continues and thrives, and to divert our focus towards these desires. By losing the ability to concentrate on one thing, we lose our ability to maintain focus on what truly matters.

In Google will tell you that masturbating is a good way to get rid of stress. What???? They tell you this so that you watch porn more often. There is also a big profit here… But the worst thing is that the brains stop working to the extent that there was great potential. Men begin to look at a woman as meat.

As you see, there are many problems, but who will tell you about it? They need people to become stupid, as I said above, to make it easier to manipulate and do evil.

The truth is often straightforward and right before our eyes, yet we tend to overcomplicate matters. For instance, someone once claimed that without consuming meat, a person would surely perish, and this belief spread widely without substantial evidence.

Now, more than ever, it is crucial that we actively seek the truth. To do this, we must listen to the inner voice within us, a voice often overshadowed by our desires.

It’s time to wake up from the dream that’s been imposed upon us. The truth isn’t distant; it’s right beside you. Delve deeper into your religious or spiritual beliefs, as they often hold answers to life’s questions.

Be aware of the temptations that seek to consume your soul. These temptations can begin with actions like excessive indulgence in sex, smoking, and alcohol, and even extend to the consumption of meat and the avoidance of natural cow’s milk. Stay vigilant, for the path to inner truth often faces distractions and challenges.
