“The best way to experience an experience is to experience it” — Bill Moggridge

Explaining something new — like a product, service, or software — can be tough using only words.

You really need to try it before you decide to spend your money on it.

What does this have to do with YOU?

When we talk about prototypes, we usually think about cars, rockets, or phones.

But, this idea can be used in anything in life.

For example, you could test a new way of working by having teams try it for a week. Then, you can ask everyone about their experience, watch their reactions, and plan the next steps.

If you’re renovating your attic, you could build a model out of cardboard.

For a business card, you could draw three versions and send each of them to ten different people.

And if you get negative feedback, that’s okay!
We learn more from our mistakes than our successes.

I have a very long list of universities from which I've dropped out. I've learned a lot just by being thrown around by life.
