I have been working in Airbus Customer Support for Cabin Engineering. One of my missions is to support our customers, the operators/airlines, to have their aircraft working correctly so that they can fly you, me, safely all around the world.
We have a lot of manuals to troubleshoot issues impacting systems in the aircraft. In many of those steps to resolve the issue, the first step is to “turn it off and on again” or reset the system.
