It is raining today. Oh no.

You have to take an umbrella and a raincoat, and prepare to fight your way to work or school. Annoying! You probably get wet anyway.

Many people hate rain. They dread the idea of going out.

But regardless of how unwelcoming it seems, walking in the rain is a wonderful experience. Rain invites you to balance and refresh your mind.

If you have a daily walking habit, do not skip it when it is raining. Look forward to it, as that is when you truly take time for yourself.

No one else is outside

Rain pushes people to stay inside. They try to limit their time as much as possible. It is cold and unwelcoming, right? Not at all. It is just rain.

Being outside when it is raining is like having a private party for yourself.

You will most likely be alone and uninterrupted on your way.

You can enjoy otherwise busy streets for yourself and see your neighborhood from a different perspective. Get to a park and listen to how trees collect raindrops. It is peaceful.
