Perhaps you eat a few processed foods sporadically, but the structure of meal quality is relatively healthy meals.

Sometimes we can add too much salt to our diets, or our food choices are above and beyond the recommended dose.

It’s simply not too hard to do this, considering that the milk we use (if it is plant-based) could have a high amount of salt, protein shakes, bars and cans of food. It all adds up throughout the day.

Women will benefit a lot more if they increase their potassium level, which helps to negate the effects of high salt intake.

A study with over 24 thousand participants was recruited in the UK, ranging from 40 to 79. After completing a questionnaire about lifestyle habits, each person had their blood pressure measured and a urine sample.
