It’s 7 AM. And that awful alarm on your phone is screeching again.

You clamber out of bed, feeling terrible. Your mind is foggy, everything seems muted, and even after having the lights turned on for the past 5 minutes, your eyes are still refusing to open.

Sound familiar?

Another restless night that could have been avoided by going to bed on time.

Instead of being in bed, in your jammies (or whatever people wear to sleep these days), with the lights off at 10:00 PM, you somehow managed to stay up until 2 in the morning.

And now you’re starting the day unrested, knowing that the afternoon crash after lunch is going to hit hard. Before it even happens, you feel like the day is already going wrong.

Not great.

Well, the good news is, it’s not entirely your fault.

Instead, you can blame your lack of sleep on the systems you’ve set up. And it doesn’t take a lot to start fixing those systems up.
