Why You Should Write Every Day

Writing offers so many benefits that you can’t afford to miss them

No matter how busy you are in life, you can still find time to write — and do it every day. When you think of writing as a de-stressing daily activity that can help your mind, you’ll likely want to stick with it.

Here are the benefits of writing every day:

You stretch your writing muscle by writing every day

Just like you exercise and work on your body to get muscles, by writing you also strengthen muscles in your brain. Every time you practice writing, you’re giving your brain a great workout.

With that said, it’s better to write a little bit each day — it could be as little as 30 minutes as opposed to writing for hours once or twice a week. Consistency is the key here.

Writing is a skill, just like any other, so the only way to get better with writing it is to write. And the more you write, the better you become, it’s that simple.
