In the past few years, the idea of working from home has gained immense popularity among employers due to the rising cost of office space, the changing needs of employees, and the advantages of remote working.

While working from home certainly has its advantages, it can also kill creativity if done wrong.

Creativity is the key to a successful business.

Without creativity, innovation and growth become extremely difficult. In a world where technology and automation are taking over many traditional jobs, employees need to be more creative than ever to ensure the success of their organization. However, the rigid structure of working from home can hinder the creativity of employees and prevent them from thinking outside the box.

When employees work from home, they are not exposed to different perspectives, ideas, and experiences like in an office setting. They are limited to their own ideas which can limit their creativity as it doesn’t allow them to expand their thought process. The lack of interaction with other people can also lead to monotonous and unproductive days, resulting in lackluster output from employees.
