Yoga: Is it for you?

Yes, even though it was just a homework topic- I chose to publish it here since yoga is truly beneficial. I had put my intense attention into creating it and the only purpose of this topic was for us (students) to learn how to create an unbiased article.

Don’t hate the Everlasting nightmare of ‘work after work’?

Your slow brain just can’t figure out what to do after what, instead, it keeps reminding you about the fast pacing time and fills you with anxiety. You are like a working engine on low batteries.

Here’s a likely solution: Wake up early, really early because you don’t have time; and try to do yoga

What does it mean to do ‘Yoga’?

It means adopting specific body postures to improve core strength along with your respiratory function and relax your mental state.

In other words: You can reduce stress and do things more smoothly whilst counter-hypertension.

It can also improve cardiovascular exertion.

Should I consider starting Yoga?

It depends from person to person, everybody is different. One may be obsessed and one may be allergic(not literally), some people may be physically incapable of doing yoga even if they were an expert before. Here are the advantages and warnings:

Advantages:

  • Many chronic ailments can be cured
  • It is for all ages
  • Helps Reduce Anxiety
  • Helps you Focus
  • Is best for Athletes
  • Lets you recover faster.

Warnings:

  • Limited types of yoga exercises for elderly people, like Slower and more gentle yoga styles such as Yoga Nidra and Hatha Yoga, are much more apposite for people about 60 years old.
  • Pregnant women and people with high blood pressure, diabetes, or any type of cardiovascular problem, can’t perform yoga in heated rooms.

Long story short

Yoga is for all ages but with specific exercises for different people. It is necessary to take some lessons before starting, you can even learn it for free by watching YouTube videos, anytime, like when you can’t fall asleep in the dread of the night or at 4:30 am
