First 100 Medium Followers in a Month?
Pretty sure I’ve never had that many on any platform ever, but I don’t really use that many platforms, so is it saying that much?
I think it is!
It’s been a pretty fun time on here since my first post on June 9th! I’ve been posting almost every day, but I decided recently to post something every other day so I could maybe focus more on my quality and ideas coming through clear and concise.
Let’s be real, posting every single day sounds great, but it’s kinda unsustainable. I’ve been doing pretty well for myself, but I did notice my work wasn’t on par with what I wanted, and posting every single day is only part of this journey that I’d rather change up to improve.
I think I could narrow it down to several different factors that got me up here. For one, posting is absoulutely important. These next couple observations would barely matter if I hadn’t been writing up a storm.
The second part of it all, is interacting with everybody on here. I’ve been scrolling up a storm too!
Clapping, commenting, and following anybody I find interesting I think has gotten me far- and doing that for the people who clap and comment and follow me is something I like doing back to sort of pay it forward.
I like medium a lot, and maybe I’ll actually sign up for their partner program soon enough. I wanted to test the waters, and they seem well and warm, so here I think I’ll stay for awhile.
