Slightly over half of America hates Donald Trump with a passion. Or it certainly appears that way. I don't think there’s ever been a president whose detractors dislike him more. Bush II was doing pretty well in that department. But Trump smoked him. I love Andrew Cuomo’s quote for Donald: “The people who know him best like him least.” Ouch!
