Happy 2022! Before spending $$$ on courses and life coaches, you must do your own inner work to actually see a shift happen in your life.

The following are four potent tools you can do to shift your life to the better.

Build A Daily Practice

Let’s be honest you can’t be shifting anything in your life if you can’t commit to a daily practice. That practice is mainly constructed to make you better and maintain your mind & body health. This practice could be meditation, yoga, breath-work or waking up early everyday. See what works for you. I personally do all of the above.

Mark your calendar, start with 23 days straight to make it a habit. Trust me after 23 days, the practice will be effortless.

Start Journaling

If you want to heal on a cellular level, writing is a powerful tool to release and express many of our limiting beliefs. A lot of our behaviours started from a young age. At a time we didnt know better, we were constantly being spoon fed ideas and limiting beliefs that were not even ours. With this being said, doing inner child healing is crucial to our shift and transformation.

Start a journaling journey. Use a daily journal to reflect, heal and express.

Bullet journaling is also a great kick starter for journaling in a more fun and creative way. Keep your goals and plans less boring and more a live.

Try EFT for at least 6 months

EFT or emotional freedom tapping, has changed my life. This simple technique of tapping specific energy points in the body along with spoken words and breathing, may change you on a cellular level. Trauma and our own limiting beliefs are stored in the body and this practice truly brings freedom on a cellular and emotional level.

This is an excellent source with a phenomenal coach Brad Yates. EFT is part of my lifestyle now it helps me with anxiety and releasing any fears or traumas I have.

Take Cold Showers

Well for some this could be a challenge. For others like me, once you start you can’t go back to hot water, it’s just not the same anymore. Experience, longevity, energy, glowing skin, zero anxiety and more when doing this. It works like magic, you can start this slowly by taking cold shower at the end of your bath for 20–30 seconds then work your way up. Thank me later.

Making intentions, plans and vision boards are great, but taking action is even greater.
