In the center of our being, a cosmic dance unfolds,
Seven wheels of vibrant energy, the story they’ve told.

A journey through the self, from morning into night.

The Root, our foundation, where our spirit wins.
Red and grounded, like the earth beneath our feet,
Security and strength, in life’s grand feat.
Sacral Chakra, the Flow:
Just below, the Sacral, where emotions ebb and flow,
Orange and creative, where passions softly glow.
Desires and pleasures, like a river’s gentle stream,
In this sacred space, we dare to dream.
Solar Plexus Chakra, the Power:
The Solar Plexus, a radiant sun’s bright gleam,
Yellow and powerful, it’s our inner esteem.
Confidence and will, the fire that propels,
To conquer life’s challenges, where our energy dwells.
