Among the countless classifications of human beings, there are two types of people:

• Those who want to achieve increasing well-being and mobilize to achieve it.

• Those who want to achieve increasing well-being and do not mobilize to achieve it.

Heart Meditation, focuses on recovery and awareness of where we capture and radiate our light: our essence, center, and inner axis.

In this center is our nature, our significance, given to us by God. This essence, according to Sufism, is part of God.

Personality is circumference, cultivated by society and not given by God. It is inherited from social education, not from nature. Being on the periphery of this center, this axis does not give us the conditions to act in the direction of the movement. What is your north? How to achieve it?

Finding the center means empowering yourself with awareness of this axis; it is the true possibility of giving direction to existence beyond the serenity and peace that are found there. And, in this space, relaxation and clarity happen naturally.

Then emerges a focused walk, a conscious future, a possibility of a victorious arrival, and the ability to overcome the illusion and anxiety generated by the distance from the center, from our essence.

In Heart Meditation, through active exercises of body awareness, flexibility, breathing, cellular reorganization, and alignment of the chakras, the achievement is to reach the center, the strength of the heart, and unconditional love, with dynamics of existential location and guidance. Performed with sound stimuli whose musicality is in absolute tune with the rhythms of a pure heart (detoxified by the respiratory technique) and oxygenated with fullness, joy, lightness, and NORTH (via all body awareness techniques), Heart Meditation is indicated for everyone who wants to achieve increasing well-being and mobilizes to achieve it.

It is specifically recommended for those who feel like they need direction. Good examples are:

- Enough is enough; I don't want this film or life anymore, but I don't know how to do it!

- Loss of a loved one;

- Arrival of a loved one;

- End of an important relationship;

- Beginning of an important relationship;

- Loss of job or retirement;

- Traumatic life changes;

- Labyrinthine and diseases in the limbs such as feet, legs, arms, and hands.

The interesting thing about Heart Meditation is that the stimuli of this technique, at least in the first 4 of the six stages, do not leave time or space for thoughts:

- Involuntary Harmful thoughts, the great villains of human life.

- Harmful Volunteers, which we "pull" or provoke voluntarily, although they are destructive to a greater or lesser extent.

However, through breathing and body awareness dynamics with a focus on guidance, the following thoughts become evident, that is, they sublimate:

- Necessary Voluntary, which we "pull" or provoke voluntarily, is important in our life for some decision-making, organization, or planning: guidance.

- Involuntary Inspirational, with solutions, good guidance, and important memories that arise in our minds.

When you reach stages 5 and 6 of Heart Meditation, Being Present happens. The heart is oxygenated, and the mind is in an altered state (alpha), therefore with greater clarity and awareness. In other words, the meditative state - Perception of the Here and Now - is close to being touched and achieved.

The good news is that there is an inverse relationship between Perception of the here-and-now and the occurrence of harmful thoughts (voluntary and involuntary).

The Perception of the here-and-now is like a switch that controls the intensity of the light emitted by the lamp: when we increase the intensity of the "light" of our Perception, we proportionally decrease our harmful thoughts (of the illusion) and, therefore, we also decrease the "darkness" caused by them, no matter which "films" we are used to "replaying."

Prevention of life's misfortunes, the best responses to life's challenges, and the feeling of peace (letting go) in the face of life's events occur from a state of Presence, therefore:

The more Presence we have, the clearer the NORTH, the better It will be our future as a whole,

We will move towards it with decision-making and assertiveness.

With a feeling of overcoming, evolution, and peace!
