Expert: The gap in life will widen in the future!

Nowadays, many people choose to rent rather than buy a house in the face of high housing prices that cannot be ignored. What is the difference in the quality of life between those who buy a home and those who do not?

So much so that if there is no house before marriage, the woman’s parents will never allow their daughter to get married. However, today’s high housing prices have discouraged many people, and many have even begun to consider renting a house instead of buying it for the rest of their lives. Housing prices in our country have continued to rise since 1997. I believe everyone feels the same way about the rise in housing prices.

Especially in good locations like some big cities, housing may be something ordinary people dare not even think about.

Nowadays, the house has become a symbol to judge a person’s success. This social trend has caused many people to live a life of “mortgage slaves”. Although the house is worth millions or even more, and he seems to have huge assets, he is living a frugal, moonlighting life.

The pressure of “mortgage slaves” can be imagined, especially for middle-aged people who have mortgages, car loans, and mortgages. The pressure is huge. This kind of life is by no means an ideal life for many people, and they are not willing to live this kind of life. Therefore, many young people choose to rent instead of buying a house.

Although people who rent a house have always been said to be unreliable by the elderly, this method is still good in the face of housing prices that cannot catch up at all. However, there is also a fierce quarrel between the two parties regarding the attitudes of these two people on the Internet.

Some people think that being a mortgage slave is not worth it and that it is not worth sacrificing their youth and life for a house. However, mortgage slaves believed that instead of renting their houses to landlords, they should work hard to collect a down payment, and at least the assets left behind were their own. As time goes by, the mortgage slave thinks that at least he should have a house, and the renter will have nothing.

In the face of such debates, experts are analyzing it for everyone. Generally speaking, ordinary people buy a house when they are about thirty years old, borrow money for more than 20 years, and the loan is basically paid off when they are about fifty years old.

The house will completely belong to you, and you will be able to enjoy your retirement in your own house. He can also leave a fortune to his children. It can be said that so many years of hard work have not been in vain.

On the other hand, people who have not bought a house will feel less pressure if they keep renting, but they will not have much savings left in their later years. You still have to rent a house when you reach the age of fifty, which may be more miserable for some people. But from this point of view, it is worth the hard work of mortgage slaves for so many years.

However, renters, were not so stressed when they were young and enjoyed life happily every day, which is a pleasure in itself.

The accumulation of property itself is not what you want. I just don’t want to be bound by a mortgage loan. Living a nourishing and free life when you are young, and living the present well is a happy lifestyle.

Although the gap may become wider, the country is now committed to regulating housing prices. Although houses are unaffordable, it does not mean that houses in the second and third tiers are still unaffordable. Even if they rent a house in a big city for a lifetime, these people feel satisfied. Some people are bitter first and then sweet, and some are sweet first and then bitter. In fact, in my opinion, everyone chooses a different lifestyle. In terms of assets, the gap may be getting bigger and bigger, but someone has a good saying: Since you have chosen a distant place, you only care about the ups and downs. Now that you have chosen, then go on firmly, no matter what kind of lifestyle, it is a part of life. How would you choose?
