Living a sedentary lifestyle has its consequences, especially in today’s society when technology has made it easier to do most tasks from the comfort of our homes.
However, if you want to stay in shape and live a healthier lifestyle, exercising regularly is essential. As such, I decided to dedicate a few hours every day for a two-week period to walking in my garden.
After two weeks, these are five powerful things that I have been feeling after walking 3 hours every day in the garden.

The most obvious and powerful effect that I have felt from walking 3 hours a day for two weeks has been the increase in my energy levels.
