The recap from Part 2 on how to increase luck:

  1. Meditation
  2. Gratitude
  3. Positive self-talk
  4. Work hard and smart

The last point is an interesting one — High-frequency/vibrational food.

5. Healthy food

I eat fresh food in its whole food form, not processed food.

I try my best to prepare everything fresh and minimize the heavy cooking, e.g., fresh fruits and vegetables, nuts, legumes, etc. These are called ‘high frequency food’.

Since everything vibrates, food is no exception, according to an article. This sounds interesting, but science has always been telling us to eat more veggies and fruits.

Below are some examples of ‘high-frequency food’ with its frequency.

How is my progress so far?

I find it easier to manifest what I want in life. I bought my dream home, met some kindred spirits, and earned more respect from my siblings.

My EQ is heightened; I am no longer easily angered by my surroundings. I remain calm when faced with unpleasantries in life. I see them as a norm in life and just accept them and deal with them accordingly.

My perspective and mindset shifted. I’m living the true, authentic self that I have always wanted.

Is the Law of Vibration the same as the Law of Attraction?

They’re not the same but related.

The Law of Vibration needs to take place first before the Law of Attraction can happen.

It means we have to tune our thoughts and emotions to the frequency we want to attract the things that we want.

With belief, visualization, and intentional actions, the Law of Attraction takes it further to make our wishes come true.

So is the Law of Vibration real or just a myth?

The Law of vibration is not scientifically validated and is often considered a part of New Age and spiritual teachings.

I can understand why there are people who cast doubts on it, including myself, last time.

But after going through life for the past few decades, it answered my questions, which psychology is not able to.

Take the example of Mary and Jane I mentioned in Part 1.

‘Mary and Jane are equally attractive ladies, but why does Mary exude charm while Jane feels so dull?’

Some may say that Jane has a lower IQ or EQ. It could be true! Jane certainly emanates low vibration, to has caused her many failures in her life.

Her failure caused her more negativity and lowered her vibration, which attracted more negative people or events into her life. They are interconnected unless she becomes positive and increases her vibration to a high level.

This reminds me of the concept of Individuation by the renowned psychiatrist Carl Jung.

Individuation — the process of becoming the person one is meant to be, fulfilling one’s potential and integrating various aspects of the self.

Individuals who undergo the process of Individuation may develop a stronger sense of self-awareness, resilience, and adaptability.

When faced with adversity, those who have made progress in Individuation may be more capable of navigating challenges with a balanced and mature perspective.

If Jane makes progress in Individuation, she could increase her vibration, which leads to higher energy, and then she could draw positive people and events into her life.

That’s how she can turn her destiny around.

Parting words

I tried to delve further beyond what science or psychology can prove.

There will be no ending to this debate, at least as of now.

We all are born differently and on different life paths. You can never comprehend something profound of another person without walking their path.

E.g., if you’re born with high EQ, it’s hard for you to comprehend why it is so difficult for people with low EQ to increase their EQ.

If you’re born with a high level of EQ and IQ plus a healthy body, very likely you do not believe in spiritual awakening. Because the overall smooth sailing of your life makes you feel you’re in control.

Only when you face the adversary, which is far beyond your control, then you’ll think about spirituality.

Don’t you agree?

Let’s just take whichever convinces us to be the better version of ourselves, be it scientifically or spiritually. Some of us are more in tune with science, while some are more into spiritual way.

Or maybe this can be proven by science later on, just like meditation, which was perceived as something spiritual last time but now is widely recognized in the science circle.

As for me, I know what needs to be done, but I just lack the willpower to execute it. So, the spiritual way convinces me better and gives me the willpower to change my stubbornness.

Willpower is a very important life skill. Often, many of us know what needs to be done, but it’s the lack of willpower that prevents us from doing it.

From my experience, I believe the Law of vibration can help you shape your destiny to a certain degree. Your ability to stay positive at the high-vibration energy helps you to skew towards a better life.

As to what degree it depends on one’s wisdom and karma, according to *I-Ching. But this is another topic.

How about you? Do you think the Law of Vibration is real?

*I-Ching was an organizing principle or authoritative proof for literary and art criticism, cartography, medicine, and many of the sciences, and it generated endless Confucian, Taoist, Buddhist, and, later, even Christian commentaries and competing schools of thought within those traditions. In China and East Asia, it has been by far the most consulted of all books, in the belief that it can explain everything. ~ The New York Review
