It is better to think before you say anything when you are mad. Saying anything without thinking can ruin relationships and many lives. Hence, it is always necessary to look before you leap.

Ask others for help when you are going through something terrible and horrific. Seeking help can reduce your anger. Talking to others about your anger issues will definitely help you.

Meditation and doing yoga reduces your negative thoughts and stress. Meditation helps to maintain the blood pressure and cholesterol and hence, in this way Meditation can help you reduce anger.
