Hey guys, in today’s post, I’m really excited to share with you some new job offerings to work from home.

These jobs are all in the customer support service niche, but they are not only… you won’t work only as an agent, but as a lead, which means you’ll be working closely with agents to find ways to improve customer support satisfaction.

The jobs require you to jump into calls and help those agents help the customers. So let’s start off our list.

1. Live Chat Agent

So, guys, we’re going to start our list with a company called Arbor Care Group Incorporated, which is based in California, and the job offer is for a live chat agent.

The offer you can find at Glassdoor.com on their job listing site, and it’s a remote position.

Your responsibility will be to engage with customers in real-time via chat, provide prompt assistance, answer queries, resolve issues efficiently, and so on.

The base pay is about $35 per hour, which is an employer estimate. In my opinion, yep, that’s a really good starting pay.

That’s a really good starting pay, actually. And the reviews for this company are actually quite mixed, so be careful with it.

But yeah, this is only number one on our list, and yeah, let’s go to number two.

2. Call Center Representative

Number two on our list, guys, is a company called Contractor In Charge. So Contractor In Charge is looking for a customer service representative or call center representative. So what is the company called Contractor In Charge?

Their mission is to help home service businesses increase the booking of their phone and email leads.

So here are some of the qualifications needed for the job: a high school diploma or equivalent, one year of high-volume call center customer service experience, a proven track record of reliability.

So it’s preferred to have some previous experience with service TI, Titan, Field Edge, House C Pro, or other scheduling software.

Here you have the work schedule. The full-time hours typically range between 30 and 40 hours a week.

The base pay range is anywhere between $16 and $19, or $17.50, which is the median price per hour.

3. customer service representative

Next on our list is a company called O’Quinn Insurance. O’Quinn Insurance is currently looking for a customer service representative.

Here you have on Glassdoor the job offering and the job description, which is customer service representative for O’Quinn Insurance. Communicate with clients daily.

Representatives will generate leads from current customers, make policy changes, and assist callers with their insurance needs. All representatives will go through training in insurance customer service and our industry-leading systems.

No insurance knowledge is required for this position. You will be fully trained and validated in 90 days. On-cap bonus structure, paid time off, holidays off, weekends off, health insurance, remote work availability.

And the candidates don’t need to have their insurance license in order to apply for this position.

They will pay for 100% of licensing costs. And the salary is anywhere between $40,000 and $150,000 per year, which is really amazing.

Here you have some of the benefits and incentives they offer, and your responsibilities will be: to service existing clients, generate leads for the sales team, retain current clients, and perform endorsements. Here are the requirements for work-from-home people: must have a 2–20 or 20–44 license and meet agency performance standards.

Strong computer knowledge, polite, well-spoken, approachable, and possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful, and to be coachable.

Here you have the company description, and the base pay range per year, so the median is somewhere in the range of $95,000.

4. Spectrum

The fourth company on our list is a company known as Spectrum, which is a broadband connectivity company.

You can find their job offerings at jobs.spectrum.com, and the job I’m going to talk about is the customer service representative, which is a full-time job posted on the 4th of April.

Areas of interest: call center, customer service, mobile. So here you can see that it’s a full-time entry-level to mid-level customer service role profile that they are looking for, a tech-savvy problem solver.

Here you have some benefits, so who are you, what is the mobile customer service representative role?

It’s all about learning and growing. Here you have some other information about the job, the minimum requirements: ability to read, write, speak, and understand English, high school diploma or GED.

And yeah, I can’t find actually the payment structure, but I think it’s, as I remember, you can find this job offering also on Glassdoor, and it was somewhere in the range of $25 an hour.

4. FastSigns

Next up, the fifth one. Next up on our list is a company called FastSigns. It’s a small company based in San Antonio, Texas, and it is looking for a customer service representative.

Here are the benefits: you can find this job offering at Glassdoor. The benefits are ER matching, dental insurance, health insurance, opportunity for advancement, paid time off, and vision insurance.

The benefits and perks are also competitive pay, paid vacation and holiday, performance bonuses, and ongoing training opportunities.

Here you can find the ideal qualification for a FastSigns customer service representative.

6. Renaissance Learning

Next up, to the sixth one, and at number six, which is also the last job offering for today’s post, is a job offering from a company called Renaissance Learning.

Renaissance Learning is a company that is a world leader in learning technology and software.

So this job offering, you can also find on Glassdoor, and it is for a support specialist. The job description is as follows: we are looking for a customer-centric support specialist to join our customer support team.

You will help implement strategies to cultivate a world-class experience that will help elevate each customer’s use of our product.

As a support specialist, you will resolve customer support interactions, ask appropriate questions, and tackle issues independently.

Thoroughly research and find answers to customer inquiries, and so on. And here you can see some of the qualifications. So you don’t need a bachelor’s degree, a high school degree should be sufficient.

Here you have some bonus points if you know Microsoft Suites, ZenDesk, support ticketing system, and so on.

And here you have some additional information. The salary range is between $42,000 and $57,000 or $558,000 annually.
