✅Poem: Happiness and Appreciation Tea, the Gratitude is the Attitude Challenge
✅Health Breaks: Have some tea!
✅Have you eaten? 你吃了吗?
Mastering the mad moon of the mud monkey
mindless of lost causes, of thy lost time while
sucking in thy martini madness of traumas
Have you eaten? Chī le ma? 你吃了吗?
suffering, lacking any respect, lacking any sleep,
within the mad moon monkey mind of solitary isolation,
suffering, lacking any time to just be happily alone,
Have you eaten? Chī le ma? 你吃了吗?
suffering, missing any compassionate care, missing any acts of kindness
within the sadness of insanity of solitary confinement,
needing a break time, teatime, any time to just be cheerful alone,
Have you eaten? Chī le ma? 你吃了吗?
suffering, forgetting any compassionate care,
forgetting any all acts of kindness,
stopping, needing, and running to a friend,
Have you eaten? Chī le ma? 你吃了吗?
greeting a friend, Chinese ask, Have you eaten?
thinking, wanting, and needing a spiritual teatime
refreshing thy lost soul, filling thy lost smile,
losing thy lost mind,
Have you eaten? Chī le ma? 你吃了吗?
attitude of gratitude, having some tea, having some rest,
entering the heart, returning to happy memories
of friendships and of family times while eating,
refreshing, resting, and rethinking of thy strife in life remembering thy good times
letting it go, allowing the return of laughter,
smiling to the beats of sunshine sounds,
remembering the smells of the soulful
meanings of happiness,

All the proceeds go directly to me. I am struggling and receive a disabilities check due to my medical conditions which are one of the reasons I need your help. Any thing will help. I go to the food banks, and I am alone. My medication, medical bills, eye doctor, skin doctor, and dental bills are high, and I have insurance. Only in America. Thank you! AKA Dr. Wayne Stein
✅Thank you!
Chinese often ask “ Have you eaten?” Instead of “How are you? I appreciate you reading this and I am thankful for your clapping. Please comment on what makes you thankful. Writing how wonderful my mother was, writing how amazing my students were, and writing how thankful I was for another day alive, I survived cancer by writing and releasing my negative thoughts. I survived cancer, not once but twice. Be thankful more to become more alive and happy.
