The Fear That Surrounds Us

We have all felt fear in life; fear is different from insecurity. Depending on its intensity, fear can become panic and end in an annihilating feeling, causing great physical and mental instability in the face of real or imaginary danger. It's a feeling that stops us from developing personally and spiritually.

Insecurity is linked to a lack of confidence in ourselves, doubt, and a lack of ability (momentary or throughout life) to decide to position ourselves in life's situations.

Fear is a feeling that paralyzes us. It can be fear of cockroaches, flying, elevators, closed spaces, driving, speaking in public, illnesses, the future, death, loneliness, losing your job, losing love, poverty, or new phases of life, among others.

Generally, the person who is afraid had a childhood in which they were obedient, well-behaved, didn't like competitiveness, got "red" easily, and also heard a lot of "swallow that crying," "don't be a willing person," "put yourself in your place," generating a child who is distrustful of situations, people and traumas.

Fear is mental; it creates disorder, which is why it can only be overcome by your mind. When fear is triggered, physical reactions occur, such as stuttering, paralysis, increased heart rate, dilated pupils, a feeling of chills, and tension in the muscles.

The response to fear is almost impossible to control; it is not a conscious process; it blocks actions and intimidates when faced with a new situation.

There are many ways to treat fear, hypnosis has been one of them, and with a good professional in the field, the person can eliminate, or even control if they cannot eliminate, this feeling that is so harmful.

As an Integrative Therapist, the first thing I find essential at the beginning of a client's treatment is cleaning the aura, which is generally full of negative and low-frequency feelings, and aligning the chakras, as it is, knowing that fear can misalign all your chakras, directly or indirectly, and without this cleaning and alignment, the recommended treatment will probably not be effective.

In Floral Therapy, the recommended essence is Mimulus, which vibrates exactly at the opposite frequency to fear. Courage can be complemented with Chromotherapy, with the frequency of the color violet, which has a psychic detoxification action, releasing oppressive memories and harmful behaviors. You can also use solarized water always to have it on hand in difficult times.

My tip today, although we talk about several ways to treat fear, comes from Crystal Therapy: always try to wear an amethyst crystal on a necklace, on a keychain, on your work desk, in your bag, or next to your bed, a beautiful stone that is linked to wisdom, balance, protection, and vitality.

Its color promotes the purification of the physical body and the elimination of any harm, in addition to ensuring protective energy and the change of state from our normal consciousness to the meditative one, thus seeking to understand and overcome the fear surrounding us.

But remember that fear is also a thermometer we use when faced with dangerous situations, that feeling that guarantees our survival. Fear is part of life; it only becomes a problem when it becomes uncontrollable.
Peace and Light to you all!
