El Professor, or The Professor, is a fictional character from a Netflix TV series called Money Heist. He is well known for his critical thinking, leadership, and self-control.

In this blog, we are going to analyze the Professor’s character and also learn how to think like him.

1. Self Control

Self-control is an essential skill of The Professor. It is a crucial skill that allows him to make correct decisions under extreme pressure. He is very good at emotional control. He never allows emotions to interfere with his actions, which makes him the leader among those people.

“Mastering others is strength. Mastering yourself is true power.”

- Lao Tzu

2. Strategic Thinking

His Strategic thinking ability allows him to plan everything. If Plan A fails, no problem, there is Plan B; if it fails, don’t worry, there is a backup plan. That’s how he thinks. He predicts everything and plans according to that.

“The most successful people are those who are good at plan B.”

- James Yorke

3. Secrecy

Another main thing the professor has is secrecy. He is very conscious about what he should say to someone and when it should be told to someone. He also doesn’t talk too much, and at the same time, he listens more.

“The best way to keep a secret is to pretend there isn’t one.”

- Margaret Atwood

Here are the tips to be like a professor.

  • Talk less, listen more
  • Learn more so that you can achieve your goal.
  • Set a goal and work for it.
  • Learn emotional control.
  • Be confident.
  • Prepare in advance.
  • Take responsibilities.

There are many aspects to the Professor’s character; these are just a few. Thank you for taking the time to read my post.
