If you’re anything like me, you’ve struggled your whole life to rise and shine to greet the morning light. You’re a repeat offender on the snooze button, and you have a reputation of growling at those who dare to rouse you from your slumber early.

Dragging yourself from the warmth of your blankets can be hard work, but dealing with the shame of getting a late start and not reaching your daily goals is disappointing as well. You want to be productive, but most days, it feels like there isn’t enough time to accomplish all your tasks.

Perhaps, you try to compensate for the lost time in the day by staying up late at night to make up ground but struggle to remain focused as the hours fade away.
