What a good workplace should look like

1. You don’t hate going to the office every day, rather you look forward to seeing what new challenges the day will bring and what new learning you will achieve.

2. Allows you to challenge yourself and be the best version of yourself. You are motivated to self- improve and not be afraid of failure.

3. Provide the right resources to do your work well. Through training and infrastructure, has the right ingredients for you to deliver results.

4. Offers good work — life balance where long hours don’t define your work quality. You are not scared to leave the office on time and are not compelled to take work home.

5. Your work gets recognized through salary and promotion. You can simply focus on doing good work and the rest will follow.

6. There is no politics or favoritism and you get equal opportunities based on your capabilities. There is equality for everyone and no one gets ahead by simply being the favorite.

7. You get opportunities to learn and grow as a professional. You are encouraged to follow the career path which you enjoy and provided with tools to pursue it. The biggest asset for an organization is its people.
