Data mining — it’s easier than you think!

Did you know in a recent Salesforce study, they found that sales reps are constantly mining for content. In fact, they spend over 30% of their time looking for that information, knowing that if they find the right gem, they can win the deal.

Unfortunately, the time spent looking for the gem results in far more failures than successes — usually because they’ve run out of time — but, let’s not be naive about it either, it also comes from frustration and just plain giving-up — usually with the rep producing something new on their own.
