Favorites, favors, favs!!!
Did you know that you can favorite two different area’s of Illumineto Spark?
Favoriting Spark items saves loads of time and makes it even easier to get the information to your prospect faster!!!
What can you favorite? You can favorite a Spark page or an asset.
Here’s how you favorite a Spark page:
On Spark Pages, you will now see a star next to the name of the page
By clicking on the star, you will notice three things occur:
- The star turns gold
- The favorited page is now listed in the FAVORITES tab,
- And when others “Favorite” your shared page, you will see a count of how many people like it.
Now it’s simple to find the page you use the most often.
Which leads to the second way to favorite items in Spark — favoriting an asset.
On a Spark page, while you are editing, you may notice the same favorite stars as seen on the Spark Pages when you are adding content to the page:
Just like with Spark Pages, you can click on the star and make it a favorite (or uncheck it to unfavorite it).
By clicking on the MY FAVORITES tab, you will get a list of all your favorite assets. In that view, you can uncheck the star which will no longer make it a favorite (you can check/uncheck the star wherever you see it). Of course, you can add or remove the asset from your page just like you’ve been doing in the past.
