And today we turned one.

Happy 1st birthday to us

One year ago today, Illumineto was incorporated. It’s been an amazing journey thus far. Heck, about the only things we knew for certain this time last year were:

1. The name of the company
2. What we were setting out to accomplish (for the most part)
3. We wouldn’t be paying ourselves anytime soon (funny how some things don’t change even a year later)

A year later, we’ve accomplished a ton and we’re all certainly proud of our achievements thus far. In no particular order:

• Shipped our sales engagement app, Illumineto Spark
• Customers in over 150 cities around the world
• Identified as one of the Mid Atlantic’s (Washington DC area) up-and-coming startups (Cooley and MAVA)
• Android and iOS mobile apps are in beta as of today!

But the biggest gift is to actually be here to celebrate one year as a tech SaaS startup. You don’t have to dig too deep into Medium to know starting a tech business isn’t easy. Heck, starting any business isn’t easy. We’re delighted to celebrate this day and we can’t wait to blow out two candles this time next year.
