Sales reps that use Pipeliner CRM can now benefit from all of Illumineto’s sales engagement activities — such as email and document opens — automatically being reported directly into the appropriate Pipeliner Opportunity or Account. No longer will reps need to manually enter activities into Pipeliner. All prospect actions are automatically added into Pipeliner. Sales management loves to see this level of detail in Pipeliner Opportunities, giving them more confidence in each rep’s quota achievement.
