We’re making selling easier by listening

We are always listening to the sales professional and as you see in the video, you, our customer, can approach us and tell us what you would like “different” or “better” or “changed” in our product, and if it makes sense and time permits (remember, we are a start-up), we will endeavor to meet your needs.

And look what that results in? A video about you and the changes that you want. Does this mean that every suggestion we receive will get a video? Nope. Your 15 minutes of fame will have to come another way — but, if it causes us to make a major change to the product, we will change the product and give credit where and to whom when due.

We appreciate all of your feedback as we grow the company and improve the product. It will take some time so don’t expect every request to be acted upon immediately, but, do expect us to listen to you and weigh when and how we can implement your suggestion.
