iLost is the first Lost & Found management software in the world with both ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certification

After months of hard work, today we received very good news at the iLost office:

We are ISO 9001 certified for our Quality Management System!

And not unimportant to mention…. this ISO 9001 certification is in addition to our ISO 27001 certification for our Information Security Management System. This means that iLost is the first and only Lost & Found management software worldwide that is certified for both ISO 27001 and ISO 9001!

iLost has had eye for quality since the start, both to our internal processes and to our customers. We strive for every experience with iLost to be outstanding and a quality management system helps enormously. Our quality related processes (indeed… practically everything!) are documented and results are measured, evaluated and improved according the PLAN, DO, CHECK, ACT cycle. This thrives us to continuously improve ourselves for the benefit of our customers. Now it is officially recognised that we have a solid Quality Management System of which we are proud!
