Porcelain
A project by Madeline Shaw.
By Madeline Shaw
A conversation between the ephemeral and tangible—of how easy it is to wash ink off skin, and how easy it is to shatter porcelain, but yet how permanent ink is on cloth, and how long china vases have lasted, despite it all.
Also, a last minute portfolio piece that my friend Madison Situ very graciously modeled for. A big thank you to Sophia Yeh and Ms. Emily Evanowski for helping take photographs!
