This Data Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit www.imaginecities.com (the “Site”).

The protection of your data is very important to us and that is why we have taken steps to ensure it is supported by the some of the best security available:

  1. We have chosen to use Single Sign On (SSO) because your login details remain secured on the platform you choose. Whether that’s Google, Apple, or Facebook. As a small nonprofit, we think they will do a better job than us. The only piece of information we collect is your email address so we can uniquely identify you.
  2. We are obsessed with creating a better experience for our users. To achieve this, we use Google Analytics and Hotjar. These tools give us a better understanding of how you use our website so we can make the necessary changes to make it even better.
  3. We use Firebase to store data that you provide us under on our Profile form. Firebase is a Google product and uses their technology to secure the data. Google does not have permission from us to use our stored data on Firebase for their purposes. Leading companies from around the world Firebase to store data instead of internal servers where it’s more at risk.

This does not mean that your data is 100% secure, but in our opinion we have taken the steps to ensure that it is protected as much as possible.
