Real Block Talk, Episode #3: Lanie Brown
A Conversation With Our First imbrex Ambassador
Thanks to all those who applied to the imbrex Ambassador Program! The team has selected our first tier of participants and will be spending the next ten days educating these individuals on the imbrex Alpha. These initial Ambassadors will play a pivotal role in educating the real estate industry on the importance of owning their data. We are grateful for the opportunity to be working with them and look forward to expanding the program after launch.
Throughout our selection process, we’ve had the privilege of communicating with members of our community from all over the world. Although each individual’s story is unique, the conversations gravitated toward a central theme: Data sovereignty and standardization.
Our conversation with Lanie Brown from Sage Lane Realty in Houston, TX was particularly spectacular, so we decided to follow up with her on our third episode of Real Block Talk.

The main touchpoints of our discussion focused on the evolution of the real estate industry over the past decade, and the challenges in today’s fast-paced technological environment. Staying current with these changes is necessary to succeed as a modern real estate professional. In addition, we discussed the various methods used for lead generation and what strategies work best for Lanie’s business. Finally, we listened in on Lanie’s perspective of the real estate landscape over the next couple of decades and how it will endure rapid innovation.
Whether you’re an agent in Houston, a landlord in New York or an investor in Shanghai, data plays a key role in your decision making process. Real estate is a local business but becoming a global endeavor, and we are looking to speak with people like Lanie so the community can learn from your experiences.
