TODO notifications in Atom Editor

We’ve got a great new feature for you in imdone-atom 2.1.25. Well, it’s been around for a while, but we’ve made it more useful.

Now you can quickly get back to work after you answer that call from your kids or respond to your coworker in slack , with imdone-atom’s task notifications. To turn this feature on, just make sure “Show Notifications” is checked in your imdone-atom settings.

Once “Show Notifications” is enabled, every time you click a source link on imdone-atom’s task board, a notification with the task’s content will display. The notification keeps the task’s markdown formatting intact, so you can follow links.

But that’s not all. The notification contains a link back to the original TODO comment and sticks around until you close it. So you can easily get back to the code.
