Byggstyrning is in charge of managing one of Sweden’s greenest projects. At the heart of Södermalm, the trendy neighbourhood in south Stockholm, The Folkungagatan 44 comprises 23,000 sq m spread over seven floors, including several environmentally-friendly features. Vasakronan, the largest real estate company in Sweden, is the developer.
