Byggstyrning is in charge of managing one of Sweden’s greenest projects. At the heart of Södermalm, the trendy neighbourhood in south Stockholm, The Folkungagatan 44 comprises 23,000 sq m spread over seven floors, including several environmentally-friendly features. Vasakronan, the largest real estate company in Sweden, is the developer.

By adopting Imerso’s technology, the Byggstyrning team reduced the chance of costly mistakes, saving time and material waste.
