Thesis: Week 1

After a winter break with a great deal of researching and little implementation, I believe I have finally found a comprehensive enough resource for building my immersive touring application. This app will utilize beacons to send audio of past and present TCNJ students sharing their stories of certain spots on campus. These spots can be current locations on campus, or locations that have since been taken away (The Rat comes to mind). Ideally, I would like to have a home page that explains the applications goals, and how to go about taking the “tour”. Beyond the home screen, the user will wander around campus and wait for a story to come to them. This project came from a project from another class called “Rediscover Your Campus”.
