TVRS

Trenton Violence Reduction Strategy(TVRS) is one of Bonner Institute’s site that we work with. It is part of our Youth/Adult Development division which is the division that I’m in. TVRS mainly focuses on working with people who have been incarcerated or are at risk of being incarcerated. We help them by providing Social Work Services, Life Skills Training, Job training and Development, and Outreach worker Collaboration. Our goal is to help them with re-entry into their communities. Other Partners that are associated With TVRS are Trenton Police Department, Union Industrial Home for Children(UIH) Family Partners and The College of New Jersey. My thesis will be to create A website for Trenton Violence Reduction Strategy and help market the non-profit organization. This won’t be just any prototype website; the final product will be the official website for TVRS. My end goal is to put these resources out their for people who need it
