vManhattan Property Refund

Dear Community,
We hope this message finds you well. We really appreciate all of your incredible support and active participation in vProperty last year.
After careful consideration, we’ve decided to refund vProperty purchasers their full amount in ETH, and wind down vManhattan.
When we embarked on this journey together, we had high hopes for the blockchain industry in the US to rapidly mature. However, we did not foresee the recession and how the blockchain market would be impacted by it.
Coinbase is an example of a large driver of blockchain technology in the US, but given the lack of clarity and support from governing authorities to Coinbase and other blockchain leaders, it seems like this will take many more years to evolve before blockchain technology is a standard that everyone uses.
We understand that predicting market evolution is challenging, but our priority has always been, and remains, the well-being of our community. Issuing this refund is the wisest action to take under the current global market conditions.
Though we were excited to build vManhattan with you and are sad that we now need to wind it down, we have many more exciting things coming up on our roadmap!

🚨 Please note that the deadline for sending your vProperty NFTs to Immersed for a refund is June 30, 2023.
Please forward these instructions to anyone you know who also purchased vProperty, in case they did not receive this notification. Thanks!
⭐️ Instructions:
1. Connect Your Wallet: Go to https://opensea.io (the same website you used to purchase Immersed’s vProperty) and connect your crypto wallet containing your vProperty.
2. Send your vProperty to Immersed: Using these steps for transferring your vProperty NFT (DON’T CLICK “Accept Offer”), send it to the following Ethereum wallet address:
0x118Cb968F1ab8260c1E247D95540E93013Ebd3B9(It may charge you a few dollars in “gas fees” to transfer it.)
3. Refund Processed: Once we have confirmed receipt of your vProperty NFT, we will refund the full amount in ETH to the Ethereum wallet address from which the NFT was sent. Please allow up to 48 hours for the refund to be processed.
🚨 If you lost your wallet or vProperty, we apologize, but there’s nothing we can do to prove your ownership, as we mentioned last year.
