Priya Parker is a conflict mediator, who focuses on the creation of meaningful and transformative gatherings. While her language isn’t immediately linked to experience design, the contents of her message is 100% applicable to anyone who wants to gather any audience for any purpose.

She believes that all of us are too quick to switch to existing formats for designing our meetings/experiences. Instead we should be willing to deep dive into the purpose of the gathering. Dare to explore conflict and create alternate realities where different rules govern human interaction.
