Background — what have you done, where are you from, what do you want us to know about your past.

It feels like I have done a little bit of everything! Some of my favorite roles have been as a Montessori school teacher, starting a school in the amazon rainforest, helping run my family’s business and managing the Monarch Butterfly and Pollinator Festival. I’m from San Antonio, Texas and absolutely love the rich culture and that it feels like a really small big city.

What’s your role at Prowess Project?

I’m currently working with Support Driven as the lead contact for Sponsors. I’ve been learning a lot about conference planning and organizing and am thoroughly enjoying the friendly, hardworking, entrepreneurial spirit of their team.

What do you wish that your coworkers/team members knew about your work style?

I love to collaborate and am a team player. I learn best from others (what would I do without Leah?!?) and in-turn am eager to share that which I understand.

What does a “me” day look like to you?

I absolutely love time outdoors, spending time with my family, eating delicious food and moving my body. Dance party anyone?

Is the courage and confidence to do that which you know you are fully capable of doing.
