Thanks to social media, Gym subscriptions and having a personal trainer seem to be the only way to get fit & healthy fast. False.
You can improve your health and wellness unceremoniously, even in the backyard. All you need is good running shoes, space to run and music if you move that way. You can choose to live healthily today and do more physical activity.
