The what and how!

The #ImpactPlayground is an evolving method for innovation that uses a multi-stakeholder experimental approach for enabling the creation and development of agile innovative communities, novel productions and processes.

ImpactPlayground presents locally and in virtual spaces a series of decentralized events that engage social innovators from around the world to share learning and practices in different action-topics that contributes to the creation of a prosperous and resilient world.

Our action method builds on co-creation at a local and global level; experimentation, testing and prototyping; and digital collaboration for enabling the creation of agile innovative communities and for inspiring other players to take action.

The ImpactPlayground is led by Impact Journey Community and implemented by a curated community of local changemakers in some cities and regions around the world.

An ImpactPlayground with the Municipality of Trondheim for augmenting democracy and driving open governance.
How do we make sure the world we design is one in which we would like to live?
We are surrounded by design. Design has gone into the products and services we use every day, as well as the communities in which we live. As citizens we are part of an ongoing design process. How do we make the most of it? Where can we make a difference? Who can we connect with? And why should we care?
