I’ve been having a really terrible day for the last four months.

I’ve been quite grumpy this fall, and sad. I feel old, fat, hideous, and exhausted; I feel like I’m coming off as outdated and underwhelming in every public forum, and failing in the private ones — music, writing, friendships, social media, health and exercise, work.

Now, it’s possible I’m really disappointing everyone. It’s possible no one likes me…
